Georgia

Georgia is a unitary, semi-presidential republic with the government elected through representative democracy.

It has approximately 4,469,200 million inhabitants and more than a quarter of the population lives in the Tbilisi region, the capital.

Located in the Caucasus region, Georgia lies in the area bordering Europe and Asia called Eurasia, and shares its borders with the Black Sea to the west, the Russian Federation to the north, Azerbaijan to the east and south, and Armenia and Turkey to the south.
