The insurance marketed by Papa-Léguas is a product of the company RNA Seguros, S.A.
All PAPA-LÉGUAS travelers are covered by policy number: 2024-202-00000719, MULTIVIAGENS PLUS 2 insurance.

Travel assistance is provided by RNA Seguros, S.A. and, if necessary, should be contacted through the 24-hour Assistance line:

If you need to activate the insurance or assistance, you should do so when the event occurs and not wait until you return to your home country. During the trip, you should gather all receipts for expenses incurred and any reports, whether medical, police, or of another nature.
Once the insurance or travel assistance is activated, the traveler should deal directly with the insurance company regarding the process.
Papa-Léguas cannot be held responsible at any time for the evaluation that the insurance company makes of the occurrence.
