Born and raised in the lands of Alto Alentejo, I’m a big lover of nature and wildlife. I have a degree in Biology and dedicate a large portion of my time to environmental and wildlife protection, either through volunteering in movements such as with Project Gea, which I’ve co-created (https://www.instagram.com/projetogea), or professionally.
I spend a lot of my time outdoors with a backpack “armed” with gear. Either looking at the sky in search of birds in my birdwatching explorations, or looking at a map in search of the right route in my trekking adventures.
I believe my mission is to find ways of connecting people with nature, and so I look for ways of developing and providing unique experiences for people in nature, through guided treks or projects based on informal education in the outdoors.
In order to inspire other people to challenge their comfort zone and explore the natural beauty of the world, I share all my adventures on my blog and my Instagram page.
