I was born in Setúbal on a winter’s day and maybe that’s why I don’t like the cold or the rain!

I’m passionate about travel, especially when it comes to destinations that combine the sun, the sea and different cultures that add so much to our lives.

I’ve traveled to around 40 countries, mostly in Asia, Africa and Europe. Every trip I make I come back richer. For me, it’s the best investment I can make. I take little luggage, but I bring back endless experiences that I can only keep in my memory and in my heart.

My passion for the sea led me to take a postgraduate course in Underwater Tourism, and I am currently a snorkeling instructor and assistant diving instructor. My fascination with the sea has blessed me with dives with whale sharks, manta rays, turtles and various species of sharks.

When I’m not traveling, I’m thinking about the next trip, the pleasure it gives me to plan each destination down to the smallest detail. I like to do my “homework” when it comes to traveling, researching the destination and knowing what I’m going to find, but I also like to go on an adventure and embark on a new trip with only a scheduled outward and return flight, and the rest I let flow.
